We’ve been hard at work through the month of July making some changes to our website. We hope these changes will make our site easier for you to use. As our printer cartridge sales continue to grow, we want our site to be as user-friendly as possible for new and returning customers.
- More streamlined website:
The major change on our website is that all printer cartridges, both genuine and compatibles, are now listed on the same site. This makes our whole catalogue much easier to search. Previously, we had three header tabs on our main page, corresponding to the various warehouses we draw from, but now we’ve consolidated all our products into the one site. This may be a welcome relief to long-standing customers who order products from multiple warehouses!
- Improved shipping time:
Glenfield stock has been relocated into the Morningside warehouse. This will improve shipping times for printer cartridges which were previously shipped from Glenfield where there was a 4 pm courier pickup. The courier now picks up at 5 pm from Morningside which is good for those last minute printer cartridge emergencies! We still need time to process the order and pack the cartridges, so early as possible is best and orders placed after 4:30 run the risk of not going the same day.
- Logging in and shopping cart:
To make our site easier to use, you now log into your customer account directly beneath the search box on the right side of the header. Your shopping cart is also now at the top, making it much easier to spot! Just click on the shopping cart link to see a summary of your order and find edit and checkout options.
- Knowledge Base and Blog links now on the header
The link to these resources is on the header no matter what page of the website you’re on.
